In 2018, Dr. Shukla spearheaded and cofounded a cancer screening program for firefighters in the state of Arizona that has quite literally saved firefighters lives. Dr. Shukla is the medical Director for cancer screening for Phoenix Fire Dept, the fourth largest Fire Dept in the US. She currently runs the most progressive cancer screening program for first responders in the US. In addition, Dr. Shukla has secured multiple FEMA grants to screen firefighters across the state of Arizona. Dr. Shukla is an absolute champion for firefighters and we are honored to have her expertise on our Technical Advisory Board!

Dr Prichard is a distinguished American Board-certified plastic surgeon and senior partner at Advanced Aesthetic Associates. He also serves as the Chief of Plastic Surgery and Medical Director at John C. Lincoln Hospital. Dr. Prichard graduated with honors from Rice University and the University of Texas, Galveston, and honed his skills at Michigan State's plastic surgery program. In 2018, he co-founded the Vincere Cancer Center, which has played a crucial role in saving lives of firefighters. We are immensely grateful for Dr. Prichard’s contributions to firefighter health and are proud to have him on our Technical Advisory Board.

Firefighters struggle to convey the challenges of their profession to those outside the field. For over a decade, Patrick Gramm has helped us share our story and has been instrumental in articulating our needs and struggles. The son of a firefighter, Patrick deeply connected with local firefighters and eagerly stepped in to assist us. Beyond his work for firefighters, Patrick has produced full-length documentaries, including the Amazon Prime hit "Pigeon People," national television ads, and feature films. We are grateful for Patrick's dedication and invaluable contributions to the Foundation.
